Our Standard Booking Terms

To make a booking we require a 20% Deposit.

Visa and Mastercard payments accepted

Balance of Payment

Due 7 days prior to arrival or on arrival if booked in a time less than this period.


Your deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to booking unless you re-book with alternative dates.

The full tariff is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to booking.

Please note a $50 handling fee applies to all refunds.

“No Show’s” are subject to full tariff charge.


  • Minimum of 2 night stay except Public Holidays (3 night minimum) and Christmas/New Year Period (4 night minimum)
  • No children as property contains unfenced lakes and dams, plus the cabin is designed mainly for couples
  • No pets due to wildlife protection
  • Non smoking environment
